Sourcing Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Manage bulk production execution for approximately 200-400 PC9s and 5 million units annually.
• Monitor on-ground operations to verify production status and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Perform production planning and capacity analysis to minimize MOQ upcharges and liabilities.
• Coordinate product development and sampling, including fabric and sweater yarn sourcing.
• Oversee pre-production approvals for color dips, stitching, and fitting samples to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with global suppliers, mills, and internal teams such as Raw Material, QA, and Logistics.
• Maintain accurate data and Purchase Orders within SAP and Solar systems.
• Implement and standardize company SOPs and protocols with external suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bulk production execution and large-scale manufacturing environments.
• Strong skills in production planning and capacity analysis.
• Expertise in product development and sampling management.
• Demonstrated ability in supplier and vendor liaison.
• Proficiency with SAP and Solar systems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Quality, Finishing, and IT.
