Sourcing Manager, Soft Home - Windows

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Window products in CN and SEA markets
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while managing existing partnerships
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with design, product development, and operations teams to manage product programs
• Conduct market research on window trends, materials, and sustainable practices
• Oversee quality control processes, factory audits, and compliance checks
• Monitor production output and optimize inventory to minimize waste
• Travel to supplier sites in China and Southeast Asia to build partnerships
• Analyze supplier performance metrics and report to senior leadership

Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
• Specialized experience in Window products within the soft home goods industry
• Proven track record in vendor development and international supply chain management in CN/SEA
• Deep knowledge of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain software
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DTC brands or ethical fast-fashion alternatives
• Familiarity with global compliance standards such as GOTS and OEKO-TEX
