Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong for high-quality Intimates, Lounge, and Swim manufacturing
• Pitch and onboard vendor partners with clear criteria for testing and scalability
• Drive excellence in partner operations and expand the redundant supplier base to improve costs and quality
• Manage supplier and style-level capacity to support company growth
• Resource materials to improve product cost, quality, and speed across the supply chain (T1 to T3)
• Utilize open costing expertise to build strategies and negotiate cost structures with vendor partners
• Act as a brand ambassador to deepen partner relationships
• Improve product hit-rates and development times by identifying and solving bottlenecks
• Apply strategic understanding of the sourcing landscape and trade benefits for US, Canada, and Europe markets

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Intimates, Lounge, or Swim categories
• Experience working with high-end national brands in the US or Europe
• Strong background in supply chain management or operations
• Proven expertise in open costing and price negotiation
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances
