Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in India capable of manufacturing high-quality products with fast production lead times
• Pitch and onboard vendor partners quickly using clear criteria for initial test periods and scalability
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships to improve costs, quality, and commercial terms
• Act as a brand ambassador to partners to build and deepen relationships
• Drive higher hit-rate launches through product excellence and identify bottlenecks to accelerate development times

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in soft home categories (rugs, carpets, mats)
• Experience working with high-end national brands in the United States
• Strong background in supply chain management or operations
• Deep understanding of the product development process
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
