Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in India capable of manufacturing high-quality products with fast production lead times
• Pitch and onboard new vendor partners quickly using clear criteria for test periods and scalability
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships to improve costs, quality, and commercial terms
• Act as a brand ambassador to partners to build and deepen long-term relationships
• Improve product launch hit-rates (reviews, returns, sales) and accelerate development times by identifying bottlenecks

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in non-apparel, knit, and soft accessories categories
• Experience working with high-end national brands in the United States
• Deep understanding of the product development process and vendor expertise
• Proven track record in supply chain management or operations
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
