Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in APAC capable of manufacturing high-quality products with fast lead times
• Pitch and onboard vendor partners quickly using clear criteria for testing and scalability
• Drive excellence in partner operations and expand the supply base to improve costs, quality, and commercial terms
• Act as a brand ambassador to build and deepen relationships with partners
• Improve product hit-rates (reviews, returns, sales) and accelerate development times by identifying bottlenecks

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Kids, Babies, and Maternity (KBM) apparel
• Experience working with high-end national brands in the United States
• Deep understanding of the product development process and vendor expertise
• Ability to analyze vendor quotations including fabric, materials, trims, labor, and logistics
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven track record in supply chain management or operations
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
