Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in APAC capable of manufacturing high-quality products with fast production lead times
• Pitch and onboard vendor partners quickly using clear criteria for test periods and scalability
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships while expanding the supply base
• Improve product costs, quality, and commercial terms
• Act as a brand ambassador to partners to build and deepen relationships
• Drive higher hit-rates for launches through product excellence and faster development times

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Kids, Babies, and Maternity (KBM) apparel categories
• Experience working with high-end national brands in the United States
• Deep understanding of the product development process and vendor expertise
• Ability to identify suppliers based on cost, flexibility, lead-time, quality, and sustainability
• Experience co-building fabric strategies with vendors and US partners
• Ability to rigorously analyze vendor quotations including fabric, materials, trims, and labor
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven track record in supply chain management or operations
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
