Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in the region for Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop products
• Pitch and onboard new vendor partners with clear scaling criteria
• Drive excellence in partner operations and expand the supplier base to improve costs and quality
• Manage supplier capacity at both the vendor and style level
• Utilize open costing expertise to build cost structures and lead negotiations
• Act as a brand ambassador to deepen partner relationships
• Improve product hit-rates and development speed by identifying bottlenecks
• Apply strategic understanding of the sourcing landscape and trade benefits for US, Canada, and Europe markets

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, or Tabletop categories
• Proven experience with high-end national brands in the United States and Europe
• Strong background in supply chain management or operations
• Expertise in open costing and cost structure negotiation
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
