Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in SEA who can manufacture high quality products with fast production lead time
• Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed with clear criteria around initial test periods
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships while expanding the supply base
• Improve product costs, quality, and commercial terms
• Act as an Ambassador to partners to build and deepen relationships
• Drive higher hit-rate launches through product excellence and faster development times

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in apparel and activewear categories
• Experience with high-end national brands in the United States
• Proven ability as a self-starter and independent learner
• Exceptional attention to detail with a data-driven approach
• Strong analytical mindset focused on execution and process improvement
• Deep understanding of the product development process
• Track record in supply chain management or operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
