Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and contract negotiations across key commodities
• Deliver measurable cost savings and proactively challenge supplier cost increases
• Manage and develop a KPI-driven sourcing team across multiple sites
• Build strong, ethical supplier partnerships while effectively mitigating supply chain risk
• Support major projects and collaborate with global teams across the US, Canada, India, and China

Requirements

• Strong end-to-end procurement and negotiation expertise
• Proven cost-reduction track record within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
• Results-focused and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
