Sourcing Manager, Men's Bottoms

Responsibilities

• Scout for vendor partners in China, Hong Kong, or SEA for high-quality Men's Bottoms with fast production lead times
• Pitch and onboard vendor partners using clear criteria for testing and scalability
• Drive excellence in partner operations and expand the supply base to improve costs, quality, and commercial terms
• Resource materials to improve product cost, quality, and speed, negotiating from T1 to T2 mill/vendor partners
• Utilize open costing expertise to build validated cost structures and negotiate effectively
• Act as a brand ambassador to deepen partner relationships
• Drive higher hit-rates for launches through product excellence and faster development times
• Apply strategic understanding of the sourcing landscape and trade benefits for USA, Canada, and Europe markets
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders and redefine processes/SOPs for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Men's Bottoms categories
• Experience with high-end national brands in the United States or Europe
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven track record in supply chain management or operations
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing in SEA/CN specifically for Men's bottoms
• Background in direct-to-consumer, retail, or e-commerce
• Interest in sustainable fashion or socially responsible businesses
