Sourcing Manager Europe

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage an annual spend exceeding $100MM across Europe and parts of Asia to achieve cash flow and departmental goals
• Lead and supervise a team of buyers located across multiple European countries
• Define procurement strategy and objectives in collaboration with the Director of Global Procurement to drive business profitability
• Partner with production, R&D, and Engineering to ensure uninterrupted material flow and support new product development
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing large-scale tenders from RFQ/RFP through to contract execution
• Negotiate complex, high-stakes global supply agreements in alignment with business interests and policies
• Utilize total cost of ownership levers to achieve cost reduction, improved service, and increased reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Global Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Sales, or Supply Chain
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally between 15-30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of key commodities
• Multilingual skills in French, Italian, or German
