Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and outsourcing initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Drive product cost reduction through strategic procurement and value engineering
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and risks to optimize sourcing decisions
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships
• Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost, and compliance metrics
• Lead spend analysis initiatives to drive consolidation, standardization, and efficiency
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Finance teams to align sourcing with production requirements
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in cost analysis and financial acumen
• Experience with ERP systems (M3 experience is preferred)
• Demonstrated ability in team management and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma certification
• Experience in category management
• Experience with Smart Supply Chain management or Industry 4.0 initiatives
