Sourcing Manager, Denim

Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and onboard new denim vendors to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and scalability
• Manage supplier relationships through performance management and onboarding training
• Optimize pricing and costs in collaboration with merchants and procurement teams
• Drive supply chain speed and scalability through material staging and capacity management
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and sustainability standards across all factories
• Implement risk management and contingency planning through counter-sourcing strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience specifically in denim categories
• Strong background in supply chain management or operations
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Proven ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges
