Sourcing Manager, Contractors & Site Services

About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the deployment of frontier compute.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for sourcing, onboarding, and sustaining the contractor workforce and site services across multiple states.
• Build and manage a multi-tier supplier network for contract labor including electricians, maintenance techs, facilities ops, and security.
• Develop preferred-supplier lists and MSA/SOW frameworks with pre-negotiated rate cards.
• Manage union-jurisdiction awareness and compliance with prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon, and local labor agreements.
• Source and negotiate workforce support services such as crew housing, catering, transportation, and PPE.
• Partner with Recruiting on contract-to-hire pipelines and workforce-development programs.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing and managing contract labor and trades at scale for construction, data center, or industrial operations.
• Proven ability to mobilize skilled workforces using rate cards, MSA/SOW frameworks, and qualification standards.
• Understanding of union jurisdictions and labor compliance (prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon).
• Experience procuring site-support services under fluctuating headcount.
• Ability to partner across DC Ops, Construction, Recruiting, and Finance departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled-trades or construction labor sourcing expertise.
• Experience with liquid cooling, CDU, or high-density power trades.
• Experience with apprenticeship or workforce-grant programs.
• Experience with multi-site hyperscale buildouts.
