Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for capital equipment, IT hardware, and corporate services
• Execute end-to-end sourcing processes including RFQs/RFPs, cost analysis, and negotiation
• Partner with engineering and IT stakeholders to align on technical requirements
• Manage supplier relationships, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Support purchase order execution and delivery tracking
• Drive cost savings and value engineering initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and systems like Coupa or Oracle
• Provide insights into supply market dynamics and sourcing risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience
• Proven experience sourcing hardware, capital equipment, or technical products
• Experience managing RFQs, negotiations, and supplier selection
• Proficiency with procurement systems such as Coupa, Oracle, or SAP
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or data center environments
• Prior experience sourcing lab or test equipment
• Exposure to corporate services sourcing (facilities, logistics, professional services)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
