Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and accountability to the Procurement organization to ensure continuity of supply and supplier readiness.
• Develop and deploy cohesive business strategies for segment-specific products, including logistics, design, and commodity management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the supply base to gain industry visibility and meet company requirements.
• Enhance margins through differentiated component sourcing solutions and effective cost management.
• Facilitate collaboration between Global Commodity Management (GCM) teams and design departments.
• Conduct site visits to supplier locations to gain a deep understanding of segment products and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years of sourcing or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiation for complex supply agreements.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, supplier quality, and new product introduction.
• Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
