Sourcing Manager - AI Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy development and execution for assigned AI infrastructure commodities and suppliers
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP management, and contract negotiation
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance in cost, quality, and delivery
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to align sourcing decisions with technical requirements
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, technology roadmaps, and manufacturing readiness
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, supply agreements, and capacity reservations
• Build and maintain cost models and total cost of ownership assessments
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through market intelligence and contingency planning
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance and business alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• Experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within technology, electronics, or hardware environments
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, servers, or networking technologies
• Proven experience leading supplier negotiations and commercial agreements
• Strong analytical skills including cost modelling and pricing analysis
• Experience managing supplier performance and supply continuity
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product development teams
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing compute platforms, servers, networking equipment, or storage systems
• Familiarity with global supplier ecosystems in North America, Europe, and Asia
• Experience supporting data center or cloud infrastructure deployments
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and new product introduction (NPI)
• Knowledge of responsible sourcing and sustainability in technology supply chains
