Sourcing Excellence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic supplier management to minimize risk and enable supplier segmentation
• Execute processes and tools to measure supplier performance in support of growth initiatives
• Manage strategy creation for key suppliers to ensure capacity, capability, value, and quality
• Structure supplier management initiatives including Business Reviews, Supplier Surveys, and Supplier Conferences
• Drive resolution to growth plan constraints by collaborating with strategic sourcing teams and suppliers
• Validate and interpret data in alignment with various category strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
• Functional experience in sourcing and procurement with a balance of strategic and operational capacity
• Experience in global sourcing, supplier management, and commodity risk management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong project management, program, and transformation skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multi-cultural matrix environment
