Sourcing Excellence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic supplier management to minimize risk and enable supplier segmentation
• Execute processes and tools to measure supplier performance in support of growth initiatives
• Manage strategy creation for key suppliers to ensure capacity, capability, value, and quality
• Structure supplier management initiatives including Business Reviews, Supplier Surveys, and Supplier Conferences
• Drive resolution to growth plan constraints by collaborating with the strategic sourcing team and suppliers
• Validate and interpret data in alignment with various category strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
• Functional experience in sourcing and procurement with a balance of strategic and operational capacity
• Global mindset with experience working in an international or multi-cultural matrix environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Proven Project Management and program transformation skills
• Ability to plan, sell, and execute strategic program initiatives
