Sourcing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead VSC projects from sourcing activities to ensure materials and services are procured within quality, cost, and delivery parameters for NPI projects
• Drive commodity strategy definition and implementation based on stakeholder needs and supplier performance
• Lead supplier performance evaluation and continuous improvement focusing on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability
• Manage the signature and renewal of supplier contracts and agreements
• Lead supplier selection and development according to the SESPA process
• Support NPI teams in sourcing activities to meet project milestones and QCD targets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction projects and manage supplier capacity
• Negotiate commercial terms to meet company operational targets
• Work with SQE to resolve technical queries and troubleshoot quality issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field
• 3+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong cost analysis, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
