About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for women's dresses and skirts across various fabrications
- Onboard new manufacturing partners to the D2C model and coach them on rapid replenishment environments
- Drive continuous improvement for quality, replenishment lead times, in-stock rates, and margin performance
- Lead catalog expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development teams
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with manufacturing partners to ensure strategic alignment
Requirements
- 15+ years of director-level Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management experience with major US retailers
- Deep global factory connections in APAC, IST, and EMEA regions for dresses and skirts
- Extensive knowledge of localized key materials and cost engineering
- Experience with lean/JIT manufacturing and supply chain management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
