Sourcing Director, Dress & Skirt

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for women's dresses and skirts
• Onboard new manufacturing partners to the D2C model and coach them on rapid replenishment environments
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, replenishment lead times, and in-stock rates
• Lead catalog expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development teams
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with manufacturing partners to ensure strategic alignment

Requirements

• 15+ years of director-level Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management experience
• Deep global factory connections in APAC, IST, and EMEA for dresses and skirts
• Extensive knowledge of woven, knit, and sweater knit fabrications
• Experience with lean/JIT manufacturing and supply chain management
• Strong ability to drive cost savings through cost engineering and negotiation
• Analytical mindset with a focus on execution and process improvement
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
