Sourcing Director, Apparel

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for Sweater categories
• Onboard new manufacturing partners to the D2C model and coach them on rapid replenishment environments
• Educate partners on the Quince Operating System, including operational excellence and financial models
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, speed, accuracy, and availability KPIs
• Lead catalog expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development teams
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partner management to ensure strategic alignment

Requirements

• 15+ years of director-level Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management experience
• Deep global factory connections within the Sweater category (APAC, IST, and EMEA)
• Experience in cost engineering and leveraging vendor expertise for product design
• Strong knowledge of localized key materials
• Manufacturing experience with lean or JIT methodologies
• Ability to drive cost savings through clean sheets and negotiation
• Highly analytical with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
