About the role
Responsibilities
- Update PLM with cost information and maintain data accuracy throughout the season
- Confirm all system data and final ranges with vendors to ensure precision
- Liaise with the finance department to resolve price file queries and discrepancies
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of necessary raw materials and trims for ex-factory dates
- Create planners, follow up on deliveries, and run weekly SAP delivery reports
- Act as a liaison between vendors and QA regarding quality assurance issues
- Manage the raising of letters of credit and verify prices upon shipment
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for suppliers regarding key dates and updates
- Prepare routine and ad hoc data reports to identify potential delivery delays early
Requirements
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with PLM and SAP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Ability to remain efficient and react effectively to changes
