Sourcing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFQ and RFP processes using e-sourcing tools
• Design complex sourcing events including multi-lot scenarios and optionality
• Build fact-based supplier comparisons focusing on TCO, risk, and value
• Gather, structure, and validate data from ERP systems, sourcing tools, and market data
• Build advanced Excel-based models to support strategic sourcing choices
• Support sourcing leaders in negotiation preparation and present insights to leadership
• Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers regarding pricing, terms, and contracts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in R&D, production, and supply chain to align procurement with business needs
• Develop market intelligence regarding supplier capabilities and industry trends

Requirements

• First experience in sourcing analytics or procurement
• Advanced Excel and data management skills
• Knowledge of e-sourcing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or Jaggaer
• Fluent English communication skills
• Highly analytical, structured, and rigorous mindset
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
