Sourcing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection from suppliers for import/export regulations and legal requirements
• Maintain CT-PAT/NEEC security program information from suppliers
• Request and organize Certificates of Origin (COO)
• Lead weekly Return to Vendor (RTV) meetings with quality and buyers
• Manage supplier scorecards including OTD, quality rejections, and cost variances
• Recommend cost savings improvements through purchasing systems and source changes
• Evaluate existing suppliers for cost reductions and quality improvements
• Communicate market conditions affecting production schedules to the purchasing manager
• Develop strategies for specific commodities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of procurement, sourcing, quality, or logistics
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with critical Excel knowledge
• Strong organizational and independent research skills
• Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, purchasing, finance, accounting, planning, logistics, or supplier quality
• Working knowledge of SAP R3 and BW programs
