Responsibilities
- Develop creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies across technical and non-technical functions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop candidate profiles and map talent markets
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, communities, and unconventional channels
- Build and maintain sourcing infrastructure using tools like Juicebox and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Track and report key pipeline metrics to identify and improve sourcing effectiveness
Requirements
- Sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS company
- Experience sourcing a wide range of profiles including engineers, product managers, and sales
- Technical aptitude to engage credibly with engineering candidates
- Proven track record of engaging hard-to-reach passive talent
- Strong communication skills for crafting compelling candidate outreach
- Analytical mindset to assess pipeline health and refine approaches
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an early sourcer at a startup or high-growth company
- Hands-on experience with Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Wrangle
- Experience building talent communities or passive candidate nurture programs
