About the role
Responsibilities
- Search for and identify potential candidates across various service units to support recruitment goals
- Conduct initial contact and pre-screening phone calls to verify candidate qualifications and experience
- Assess the English proficiency levels of potential candidates
- Manage alliances with universities and other platforms to build a talent pipeline
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
- Upload job vacancies to various job portals and maintain the candidate database
- Support market research reports and the preparation of recruitment documentation
- Handle administrative tasks, including updating employee records and managing paperwork
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently in the last semester of studies in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in candidate identification and selection processes
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
