Responsibilities

• Search for and identify potential candidates across various service units to support recruitment goals
• Conduct initial contact and pre-screening phone calls to verify candidate qualifications and experience
• Assess the English proficiency levels of potential candidates
• Manage alliances with universities and other platforms to build a talent pipeline
• Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
• Upload job vacancies to various job portals and maintain the candidate database
• Support market research reports and the preparation of recruitment documentation
• Handle administrative tasks, including updating employee records and managing paperwork

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently in the last semester of studies in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in candidate identification and selection processes
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
