Responsibilities

• Build outbound pipeline for multiple roles, focusing on technical hiring (engineering, data, product)
• Identify and engage candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, and other relevant channels
• Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing, outreach, and iteration
• Develop targeted searches and experiment with messaging to improve response rates
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate search strategies
• Track sourcing activity and outcomes including outreach volume and pipeline generation

Requirements

• Experience sourcing for technical and non-technical roles
• Proven track record of hitting sourcing or pipeline goals
• Proficiency using AI tools to increase speed, quality, or output
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong ownership of outcomes and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an early-stage startup
• Experience sourcing in competitive markets like NYC
• Familiarity with GitHub or other technical talent platforms
• Experience building sourcing workflows or systems to improve efficiency
