Source to Pay Solution Owner

Responsibilities

• Own the global functional solution, technical standards, and delivery governance for the end-to-end ERP process.
• Define and maintain global solution blueprints, technical decision rights, and IT controls.
• Lead solution design and continuous improvement activities across all phases of Enterprise Transformation.
• Act as the guardian of the global template during deployment waves to ensure alignment with S/4HANA and SAP IBP principles.
• Manage the lifecycle of legacy SAP ECC/APO systems, including functional upgrades and legal/tax changes.
• Resolve cross-functional process conflicts and minimize deviations from global standards.
• Partner with Business Process Owners, Data, and Architecture teams to ensure integrated and coherent designs.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for automation and digitization.

Requirements

• Proven SAP ERP delivery experience, specifically within SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and S/4HANA sourcing and procurement.
• Strong expertise in SAP ERP functional design and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence senior leaders.
• Strong process design skills with an understanding of how design connects to data, systems, and controls.
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Enterprise-first mindset with a focus on standardization and scalability.

• Experience working effectively with Business Process Owners to ensure technical feasibility.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a global transformation context.
