Source to Pay Solution Owner

Responsibilities

• Own the global functional solution, technical standards, and delivery governance for the end-to-end ERP process
• Define and maintain global solution blueprints, technical decision rights, and IT policies
• Enable business process design and continuous improvement activities across all phases of Enterprise Transformation
• Act as the guardian of the global template during deployment waves to ensure alignment with S/4HANA and SAP IBP principles
• Deliver ongoing BAU changes and functional expertise to address legacy SAP ECC/APO landscape issues
• Resolve cross-functional process issues, conflicts, and dependencies to minimize deviations from global standards
• Partner with Business Process Owners, Data, and Compliance teams to ensure integrated and coherent designs
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and digitization

Requirements

• Proven SAP ERP delivery experience, specifically in SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and S/4HANA sourcing and procurement
• Strong expertise in SAP ERP systems and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability in process design and aligning technology with business objectives
• High levels of influence, credibility, and presence when managing senior stakeholders
• Strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments
• Understanding of how process design connects to data, systems, controls, and integration points
