Source to Pay - Business Process Expert (Supplier life Cycle)

Responsibilities

• Shape, measure, and continuously improve process elements to deliver business value
• Partner with Business Process Owners to define future end-to-end process visions and roadmaps
• Facilitate workshops to gather input and refine process designs
• Document "to be" processes and evaluate "as is" processes to identify inefficiencies
• Drive decisions through governance forums and communicate with stakeholders
• Support functional leaders in evaluating preparedness for program delivery
• Create documentation for new processes and partner with training teams for adoption
• Manage interim operating states to ensure business continuity during transitions
• Define KPIs and monitor adoption to realize and sustain benefits

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in complex, global organizations (Consumer Health or FMCG preferred)
• Strong functional and technical understanding of the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Ariba and SAP/ERP platforms
• Experience in Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Pay areas
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of process modelling software
• Proven project management skills to execute initiatives on time
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate organizational change

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Familiarity with automation technologies
