Source to Contract - Business Process Expert

Responsibilities

• Own the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, utilizing detailed process mapping and tools to drive standardization and harmonization globally.
• Partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to define future end-to-end process visions, roadmaps, and "to-be" documentation.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, socialise recommendations, and refine process designs.
• Drive decision-making through relevant governance forums and ensure timely communication to all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain process KPIs to monitor performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Support the transition from current to future states by managing interim operating states and ensuring business continuity.
• Collaborate with Training & Adoption teams to develop necessary upskilling and documentation for successful process adoption.
• Identify and lead transformation initiatives to improve user experience, reduce cycle times, and eliminate non-value-added activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience working within complex, global organizations (Consumer Health or FMCG sectors preferred).
• Deep functional and technical expertise in the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including Strategic Sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, and procurement excellence.
• Hands-on experience with Ariba and SAP/ERP platforms is mandatory; S/4HANA implementation experience is a significant plus.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end process mapping and modeling.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to execute process improvement initiatives on time and in full.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess cross-functional impacts and manage risks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Ability to navigate and drive change within a large-scale enterprise transformation programme.
