About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment
- Set up and break down band and event equipment, including cabling and patching
- Operate audio control boards and perform audio adjustments to maintain professional mixes and safe levels
- Oversee visiting audio technicians and interact with production crews to ensure successful shows
- Maintain, protect, and repair audio, lighting, and stage equipment
- Assist the Production Manager with technical advances and artist representative coordination
- Distribute or create audio plans and oversee venue-wide audio systems
- Support the lighting crew with stands, microphones, and cables as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Tour and Stage Production experience
- Hands-on experience with professional audio systems, stage lighting, and basic video systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- College Degree
