Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to enable technological services for users
• Handle incidents and requests via remote and on-site methods
• Manage IT equipment inventory and movements
• Perform scheduled maintenance and service for PCs and laptops
• Create virtual machines and VPNs
• Configure Cisco routers and switches
• Coordinate hardware maintenance activities through external providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Communications, Networks, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Proficiency with Active Directory and ticketing tools
• Experience with MacOS and ISO image loading
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as SAP or NetSuite
• Ability to work on-site in Los Reyes Acaquilpan, State of Mexico
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with occasional Saturdays and after-hours incident response
