SOP Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of sales incentive plans and provide optimization suggestions
• Provide data and analytical support during key monthly, quarterly, and annual review periods
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual target breakdowns for national and headquarters levels
• Calibrate business indicators based on departmental changes to ensure executable goals
• Support monthly and inventory reporting and drive the automation of data reporting processes
• Produce regular analytical reports to support performance reviews
• Prepare and report on external data from providers such as Nielsen and Kantar
• Respond quickly to customized data requests from management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for Marketing, Economics, or Management
• 3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry (Marketing or Channel related)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools with strong logical reasoning and business insight
• Strong proactive attitude and excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills
