S&OP Manager

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze key data to optimize human and industrial resources
• Ensure the compliance and reliability of received data
• Identify personnel skill availability and adequacy based on operational needs
• Coordinate industrial resources to meet project requirements
• Prepare and lead monthly reviews
• Propose alternative solutions and improvement areas to support service center strategy
• Participate in the planning network for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, planning, or data analysis
• Proficiency in planning tools such as MS Project and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Leadership and communication skills for team management and strategic reviews
• Advanced English proficiency
