Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound examinations with precision
• Independently report on ultrasound findings
• Manage daily operational aspects of the ultrasound service
• Supervise and train junior staff
• Ensure maintenance and care of ultrasound equipment
• Participate in departmental audits, research, and governance
• Focus on risk management and health and safety protocols

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Radiography or Medical Ultrasound
• 3-5 years of experience in various ultrasound modalities
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting ultrasound examinations independently
• Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD)
