Sonographer

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound scans to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including radiologists and obstetricians
• Conduct a range of scans including general, obstetric, or gynecological
• Maintain high standards of patient care and accurate documentation
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards

Requirements

• HCPC or equivalent registration
• Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ultrasound scanning
• Competency in general, obstetric, and/or gynecological ultrasound
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound protocols and best practices
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
