Sonographer

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations
• Prepare and position patients for scans
• Operate advanced ultrasound equipment
• Produce detailed reports for clinical use
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support diagnosis and management
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to service efficiency

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Radiographer/Sonographer
• Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound
• Extensive experience in general and specialized ultrasound procedures
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging techniques and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
