About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of ultrasound examinations, ideally obstetrics, or general and gynaecology
- Accurately report findings and make appropriate referrals where necessary
- Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety during all examinations
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the ultrasound service
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Minimum of 6 months’ NHS experience
- Proven competency in Obstetrics, General, or Gynaecology ultrasound
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
