Sonographer

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across relevant specialties
• Analyze images for technical quality and communicate findings to radiologists
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Operate and care for ultrasound equipment to a high standard
• Provide a calm, reassuring experience for patients during procedures
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• ARDMS or equivalent certification in relevant specialty area(s)
• Minimum 24 months of recent sonography experience
• English proficiency
• Willingness to relocate to Alaska for a minimum of 3 years
