Sonographer

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic/abdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds for OB/GYN patients
• Collaborate and share reports with referring physicians
• Assist in the coordination of care within the Women’s Health department and other departments
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA standards and regulations regarding patient information
• Perform various other assignments and projects as required

Requirements

• Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS certified
• Minimum 2 years recent Maternal Fetal Medicine and OB/GYN experience

• Outstanding technical proficiency and clinical perspective
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both thoroughly and efficiently
• Experience with EMR
