Responsibilities

• Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required
• Provide in-person support to members to support their wellbeing and mental health
• Nurture partnership relations, engagement and training
• Conduct stakeholder engagement to support business and operational outputs
• Provide input to operational procedures and network management
• Assist at customer events to support the understanding and use of Sonder

Requirements

• Recent or current experience in the UK within emergency services, mental health or wellbeing sector
• Demonstrated ability to manage a critical incident or potentially traumatic event
• Experience working with CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) groups and vulnerable persons
• Ability to assess critical situations and determine next steps
• Must be able to complete a National Police Check and DBS check
