Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support to members in coordination with the Support Centre
• Work a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster
• Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required
• Assist the Response Network Manager with stakeholder engagement and partnership relations
• Provide input to operational procedures and network management

Requirements

• Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military, or security-related work
• Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster
• Strong decision-making and situational assessment skills
• High level of empathy and interpersonal sensitivity
• Ability to set priorities and act quickly in critical situations
• Successful completion of a National Police Check and Working with Children’s Check

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in military, law enforcement, mental health, or emergency services
• A strong network of contacts in the local Alice Springs area
