About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the wine program onboard and oversee operational service in The Restaurant for up to 450 guests
  • Oversee inventory management, menu selection rotations, and ordering for complementary and premium wine lists
  • Select and update all wine recommendations for each outlet and their respective menus
  • Assist in smooth outlet operations and take ownership of the service environment
  • Enhance guest experience to align with company goals for ultimate travel experiences
  • Ensure team members understand and follow the company vision, mission, and guidelines
  • Supervise professional level reports including Assistant Sommeliers and Bar Waiters

Requirements

  • Experience in wine program management and inventory control
  • Proven ability to manage high-capacity restaurant service
  • Expertise in menu selection and wine pairing recommendations
  • Leadership experience managing service staff
