Sommelier

Responsibilities

• Capture, advise, and build loyalty with customers visiting the center or through commercial managers
• Increase average purchase, frequency, and volume using commercial tools and strategies
• Master product knowledge including suppliers, competitors, and pricing to propose improvements
• Supervise assortment, orders, stock, margins, and results
• Propose commercial action plans and offers aligned with objectives
• Foster a sales culture and ensure team training
• Lead a team of 2 to 3 people

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sommelier in dining rooms or in wine sales and advisory
• High level of product knowledge regarding wines and spirits
• Academic training in sommelier studies or similar is valued
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer orientation skills
