Responsibilities
- Manage wine stocks, including receiving, checking vintages/quantities, and organizing storage
- Prepare service setups by chilling champagne, rosé, and white wines
- Prepare orders for captains quickly and accurately
- Identify potential stock shortages and alert the team
- Maintain the cellar by recorking bottles and cleaning the office area
Requirements
- Strong sense of detail and service
- Efficient, reactive, and dynamic personality
