Sommelier

Responsibilities

• Provide memorable customer experiences through recommendations, pairings, and wine service aligned with luxury and fine dining standards
• Contribute to cellar and wine list management, ensuring excellence, organization, and attention to detail
• Participate in creating exclusive gastronomic experiences, supporting events, tastings, and special actions
• Ensure elegant and impeccable execution of beverage service, respecting high standards of hospitality and etiquette
• Share knowledge and promote wine culture with the team and customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role
• Experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, or Michelin-standard operations
• Internationally recognized training or certification in the field of wines
• Solid knowledge of wines, pairing, beverage service, and table etiquette
• Experience in cellars, inventory management, and wine conservation
• Fluent English (will be tested)
• Italian and/or other languages are considered a plus
